Why this is different from a regular yoga class?
Most movement practices ask your body to perform. This one asks it to speak — and teaches you to listen.
My approach combines therapeutic yoga, somatic movements and breathwork, rooted in the neuroscience of pain and nervous system regulation. Every session is built around one question: what does your body actually need today?
This is not about flexibility or fitness levels. It is about building a body that feels safe, strong and capable — at 35, 45, 55 and beyond.

I came to yoga through pain. Years of intensive athletic training left me with a body that needed more than performance — it needed recovery, resilience and a way to reset. Yoga gave me that.
Then motherhood arrived, and yoga became something else entirely: a tool to move through life more grounded, more clear-minded and more present.
I am a biologist with nearly 15 years in academic and industrial research — and a certified yoga teacher trained in therapeutic and somatic approaches. I bring both worlds into everything I teach: the rigour of science and the wisdom of embodied practice.
My sessions are for people who want to understand why something works, not just follow instructions. Who want to build a relationship with their body — not fight it.
